How to deal with performance anxiety
This week we're opening up about our experiences with performance anxiety, as well as how we overcame them and became stronger than before.
Who hasn't been there? You've prepared well, you're outfit is all picked out, you've found a great deal on your flight/plane/train and you arrive at the hotel and BOOM: you're filled with anxiety. Your heart is racing, your mouth is dry, and suddenly you're evaluating why on earth you're doing this to yourself??
