It is always a pleasure to feature members of the Living Opera community on our various channels. I met Cyrielle when we were both singing at the Opera de Bordeaux in Wagner's Die Walküre. Since the production, we have kept in touch and met for a few voice lessons. I am always blown away by the sheer size and beauty of Cyrielle's voice, which sadly we cannot fully appreciate though technology, but at least we can get an impression of this stellar talent. I know there are BIG things ahead for her and I am cheering her on every step of the way.
Cyrielle first encountered classical music at ten, when she began to study the piano. She had always loved singing, but as she wanted to learn to control her voice, she decided to take classes at 17. She has never stopped since. She developed her love for singing and acting in Claudine le Coz' and Pierre Catala's classes, in the conservatoire of Paris' 10th arrondissement. She obtained her singing prize there, met Robert Expert at the Bobigny Conservatoire and worked with him for a year before she entered the Paris Conservatoire (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris) in Chantal Mathias' class in 2015. In 2017, she joined the fourth generation of singers in the Opera Fuoco troupe, directed by David Stern, and took part in many master classes during which she met prestigious artists: Karine Deshayes, Dame Felicity Lott, Jeff Cohen...
In January 2018, she took part in the national final of Voix Nouvelles' Competition, in May 2018 she sang the Fourth Servant in Strauss' Elektra in the Opera National of Bordeaux. Later this year, she sang Elettra in Mozart's Idomeneo, conducted by David Stern and staged by Elsa Rooke. In 2019 she embodied Ortlinde in Wagner's Die Walküre in the Opera National of Bordeaux, directed by Paul Daniel and staged by Julia Burbach. She took part in the Académie de la Voix in les Treilles in October 2019 with Dame Felicity Palmer, and is prizewinner of the Tarrazzi and France Dauphin de Verna's foundations, and recently, prizewinner of the Meyer and Kriegelstein foundations. She joined the Academy Jaroussky in September 2020 and recorded at the same time her first CD entitled Muses éternelles with her pianist Kaoli Ono, with the label Mirage futur.
